Refund Policy
Clear guidelines for service refunds and our commitment to fair resolution
Refund Eligibility
We stand behind our mobile app testing and debugging services. You're eligible for a refund if our service doesn't meet the agreed specifications outlined in your project contract, or if we're unable to deliver results within the promised timeframe.
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of service completion. We'll review each case individually, looking at project requirements, deliverables provided, and communication records to ensure fair resolution.
Services that have been completed successfully according to project specifications are not eligible for refunds. However, if you're unsatisfied with specific aspects of our work, we'll work with you to address concerns before considering refund options.
Refund Process
Getting a refund is straightforward when you meet our eligibility criteria. Here's exactly how the process works:
- Contact our support team at help@energizewave.com with your refund request, including your project details and reason for the request.
- We'll acknowledge your request within 2 business days and begin reviewing your case, including project documentation and deliverables.
- Our team will investigate the matter thoroughly, which typically takes 5-7 business days depending on project complexity.
- If approved, we'll process your refund and notify you of the expected timeline based on your original payment method.
- You'll receive confirmation once the refund has been processed, along with any relevant transaction details.
Processing Timeframes
Credit Cards
3-5 business days after approval. May take up to 2 billing cycles to appear on your statement depending on your card issuer.
Bank Transfers
5-10 business days for domestic transfers. International transfers may take 10-15 business days.
Digital Payments
1-3 business days for most digital payment platforms, though some may process faster.
Partial Refunds
Sometimes a partial refund makes more sense than a full refund. This happens when we've completed part of your project successfully, but encountered issues with specific deliverables or timeline delays on our end.
We calculate partial refunds based on the percentage of work completed satisfactorily versus the total project scope. For example, if we successfully completed app testing but encountered issues with the debugging phase, you'd receive a refund for the portion that didn't meet expectations.
We'll always discuss partial refund options with you before processing, explaining exactly how we arrived at the refund amount and what work you're keeping versus what's being refunded.
Non-Refundable Situations
Certain situations don't qualify for refunds, and we want to be upfront about these scenarios to prevent misunderstandings:
Services completed according to agreed specifications cannot be refunded simply due to changed requirements or project direction. If your app's requirements change mid-project, we'll discuss revision options separately.
Third-party costs incurred on your behalf (such as specialized testing tools or device rentals) are typically non-refundable, as these represent actual expenses we've paid to external vendors for your project.
Projects where you've provided incomplete or inaccurate information that significantly impacts our ability to deliver may not qualify for full refunds, though we'll work with you to find a fair resolution.
Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with our refund decision, we have a review process in place. You can request a secondary review by a different team member within 14 days of receiving our initial decision.
During the review process, we'll re-examine all project documentation, communication records, and deliverables with fresh eyes. Sometimes this reveals details that were missed in the initial review.
We're committed to finding fair solutions that work for both parties. In many cases, alternative resolutions like additional service hours, project modifications, or credit toward future work can address concerns better than refunds.
